Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or GeoGuardMe reserves the right to modify the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you disagree to any change of these Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change without notice. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product availability 

GeoGuardMe

General 

The time of delivery will be dependent on stock availability. Should stock be available, orders will be dispatched within the following two working days from the day the payment is validated/received. For large orders a longer time will be needed.
Should the product be unavailable, GeoGuardMe will contact you directly with a delivery time estimate.

Every effort is made to get your order on time, however unforeseen events may cause delays, i.e courier companies having logistical problems. Should we be faced with such an occurrence GeoGuardMe will contact you directly with a revised delivery schedule.

All orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following business day. Public holidays will also be taken into effect and orders will be finalized thereafter.

Privacy Policy 

(At certain points in the GeoGuardMe website navigation, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website.

All the information gathered in the online forms will only be used to personally identify users that subscribe to our service. The information will not be used for anything other than which is stated in the Terms & Conditions of use. None of the information you as the end user give will be sold or made available to anyone! Your email address will only be used to send you the GeoGuardMe newsletter and/or to alert you to any information that you have specifically requested you be notified about. Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

GeoGuardMe endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax (VAT) and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

GeoGuardMe reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. Items will stay the property of GeoGuardMe until full payment has been received.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Terms and Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating, or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law 

The Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. The designs and printing on packages remain the property of GeoGuardMe and may not be reproduced or copied in any way!

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of GeoGuardMe and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Changes to This Agreement

 GeoGuardMe reserves the right to modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms of Service at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the GeoGuardMe site immediately.

Consent

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to GeoGuardMe. and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by GeoGuardMe for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
